Who runs Paguro
Paguro is an independent project built by Cbass, the maker behind Paguro. For questions about your information, contact hello@getpaguro.com.
When you sign up
The signup form asks for your email address and your permission to receive Paguro launch updates. Brevo hosts the form, manages the subscriber list, and sends confirmation and update emails. You join the launch-update list after clicking the confirmation link in your email.
Subscription records can include your signup and confirmation times, consent choices, and technical information such as your IP address and browser details. These records help operate the list, prevent abuse, and keep track of your choices.
What the information is used for
Your signup information is used to confirm your subscription and send the Paguro launch updates you requested. We do not sell or rent the launch-update list, or use it to send promotions for unrelated businesses.
Email systems may record delivery, bounce, open, and link-click information, depending on the settings in use. If you contact us, your email address and message are used to respond and manage the conversation.
Services that help run the website
Cloudflare hosts and protects the marketing website. The signup form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help prevent automated submissions. These services may process connection and device information to deliver pages and check for abuse.
Contact emails sent to hello@getpaguro.com are routed through Cloudflare Email Routing to a dedicated Gmail inbox. Brevo, Cloudflare, and Google process information to provide their respective services. Processing may take place outside your state or country.
Read more in the Brevo privacy policy, Cloudflare privacy policy, and Google privacy policy.
Theme preferences and browser storage
This website stores your Light/Dark choice in your browser using a local-storage entry named paguro-theme. You can remove that preference by clearing this site’s browser data. The marketing site does not require an account or payment details. The signup form is embedded on this website and uses Brevo and Cloudflare Turnstile, which have their own service and security processing.
Unsubscribing and keeping records
Use the unsubscribe link in a launch-update email to stop receiving updates. You can also email hello@getpaguro.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your signup information.
Subscriber information is kept while needed to operate the launch-update list. Limited records may be retained after you unsubscribe or request deletion to honor your opt-out, document consent, prevent abuse, or meet applicable obligations. Unsubscribing stops update emails; it does not necessarily erase every service log or backup immediately.
Scope and changes
This notice covers the marketing website and launch-update list. Information about any future Paguro app accounts, saved plans, or paid services will be provided when those features become available. This notice will be updated if the marketing website’s data practices change.
